Jewells Bathroom and Master Bedroom

This project was a Bathroom ensuite and Master Bedroom suite extension in Jewells, Lake Macquarie.

This project was a Bathroom ensuite and Master suite extension, complete with high-end walk-in robe. This was all constructed after an old sunroom was demolished and a structural steel portal frame was built in its place to support the second story Grand Bathroom. Also completed throughout the house was new plasterboard to all ceilings, skylights in the bedrooms and entry and a new grey Ironbark hardwood floor through-out. 

The challenges of this project was the sheers size and scale of the room boasting close to 4.5m high ceiling at the highest point, and a large curved wall drawing you into the ensuite space. The master suite spared no expense with new Everything, creature comforts and fine details of mitred tiles, LED sensor lights in WIR and underfloor heating.

This project was a Finalist in the 2022 Excellence in Building awards for the Master Builders Association in category of Bathrooms under $100,000.
